The Nepal men’s national cricket team, governed by the Cricket Association of Nepal, represents the country in international cricket. Nepal has been an Associate Member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) since 1996. The team is led by captain Rohit Paudel and coached by Monty Desai. Nepal played its first ODI match against the Netherlands on August 1, 2018, and its first T20I match against Hong Kong on March 16, 2014. They compete in the Asia Cricket Council (ACC) region. With growing success, Nepal continues to make its mark in international cricket.
